General Construction

The foundations of our current construction delivery methods come from our repeated successful performance as a traditional design-bid-builder. This traditional project delivery method requires the owner to contract separately with a design professional and a general contractor.

Typically, the design and construction proceed sequentially, with the construction process beginning only after the design is complete.
